All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in excellent condition. If you are still not satisfied or an item delivered is found broken, then you can exchange or return it within seven days of purchase and you will receive a 100% FULL REFUND ( Not applicable on Perfume Collection ).

However, for a product to be successfully refunded or exchanged :

  • The item must be unused. 
  • It should be in its original packaging
  • The receipt should also be on display.

 Our Refund and Exchange Procedure:

  • If a customer does not like the product, then they are requested to pay the return delivery charges (300 RS)
  • Mahroze will only pay the return delivery charges if the item delivered was broken. 
  • Contact Mahroze customer officer via email at wecare@mahroze.com or WhatsApp message at 00 92 3 111 222 670.
  • Deliver us the items back through any courier service at our address given by the support officer.
  • The refunded amount will be transferred back in 24 hours through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash.


Our customer service officer will confirm whether you are still eligible to exchange or return your purchase, and will provide you with an exchange invoice number. The article will still be subjected to a physical examination by representatives after it has been received by the company.

We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please send it in its original packing and through a reputable courier company.
