All items are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in excellent condition. If an item delivered is found broken, then you can exchange  it within seven days of purchase. ( Not applicable on Perfume Collection ).

However, for a product to be successfully exchanged :

  • The item must be unused. 
  • It should be in its original packaging
  • The receipt should also be on display.

 Our Exchange Procedure:

  • Mahroze will only pay the return delivery charges if the item delivered was broken. 
  • Contact Mahroze customer officer via email at wecare@mahroze.com or WhatsApp message at 00 92 3 111 222 670.
  • Deliver us the items back through any courier service at our address given by the support officer.
  • The refunded amount will be transferred back in 72 hours through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash.

NOTICE: From October 6th, 2023 onwards, there will be no money refund for misuse by customers.
